First: Our dear customers have the right to return the product within 3 days of purchase, provided that the product is in new condition. Returns are not allowed after 3 days unless there is damage or a defect in the product. Second: Customers are allowed to exchange products within a period not exceeding 3 days, provided that the product is in its original condition. Third: The customer does not have the right to exchange or return the product if there is a defect, breakage, or flaw resulting from misuse, or if they want to exchange or return it after the aforementioned period from the date of receipt. Fourth: The customer bears all shipping costs both ways (50 riyals) if they want to return or exchange the product. Fifth: The exchange and return process may take 21 days, and we always strive to complete the process as quickly as possible. Sixth: If the delivery is free due to a specific discount or reaching a certain amount, the customer is obliged to pay the delivery costs if they want to exchange or return the product. Seventh: The cashback system is specific to discount codes starting with the letter D. Finally: Returning or exchanging some items from the (box or package) is not allowed; only full exchange or return is permitted, except for manufacturing defects.
